Jonathan Martinez, 22, of Allentown died at 1:30 a.m. Sunday at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, according to the Lehigh County coroner's office, the news outlet reports.

An autopsy is planned to determine the cause of death, but the coroner's office ruled his death a homicide, 6abc says.

The death of Nicolette Law, 20, of Allentown, was also ruled a homicide in connection to the Feb. 26 MacArthur Boulevard parking lot shooting.

Surveillance footage shows a vehicle pulling up and parking in the merchandise section of the lot around 7 p.m., before a Toyota SUV pulls up and parks directly in front of it.

A witness told police she arrived in the Toyota with Edward Joel Rosario-Jimenez and two others, when Rosario-Jimenez began arguing with one of the soon-to-be victims, authorities said.

The witness said she left in the Toyota after hearing gunshots, but Rosario-Jimenez remained in the parking lot. Another witness told police they saw Rosario-Jimenez fire several gunshots at the victims.

Police found a handgun hidden in a snowbank adjacent to where the shooting occurred, authorities said.

Local authorities said they charged Rosario-Jimenez with criminal homicide, attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault, and firearm not to be carried without a license.
